This endpoint is working. MCP clients connect to https://mcp.freecostseg.com/mcp with Streamable HTTP and use POST. A normal browser visit uses GET, so this page explains the connection instead of displaying a raw protocol response.
The server exposes one read-only tool, lookup_cost_segregation_benchmark, backed by the versioned 45-property-type allocation dataset.
